usually no, you cannot bring your family. there is no family status for filipino nurses, from what i know. doctors, however, can bring their families. the employer will sponsor you and if you want to bring your family there, you will have to find sponsors for them or you will have to ask your employer to help sponsor them. after you get permission from your hospital, you will have to have a certain salary range and you have to be employed in the hospital for a couple of months. then you will have to pay for their visas which are a bit expensive. they cannot stay with you in your accomodations if the one assigned to you is for single status.
UAE usually has family status for nurses. the family can join the nurses there after a couple of months. but from what i know, this is not done in saudi.
its hard for them to follow

Personally, I would say not a good move for you and your family if you have children. They will have to live in a compound and will not have the freedoms that they are used to.
