I just heard from my assistant Dean and she told me that my application is being reviewed and I will be fully considered. What does this means? Please explain this to me because I do not want to think I am in for the fall when this is not really what she meant.

No. She did not say when Bevi. I was rejected and she decided to give special consideration for those who sent letters to her. I hope to hear from her soon.
