Application Missing Items

Hello, thanks for any help I can get with this! The CA BRN is so busy that they aren't taking any calls right now!

I applied to take the NCLEX in California and they mailed me back a paper that says they are missing my

-examination identification form

-photograph (2x2)

The letter does not say how to get these files to them. I can not find anywhere online to update my application or add new files. Am I supposed to mail these documents to them?

Thanks for your help! By the way I know that I uploaded these documents to the originial application so I'm not sure why they think it is missing anyways.

. If you uploaded the documents and the board says they are missing, how would you ensure that they receive them? What would you do to make sure that the documents are delivered?

A. Upload the documents again.

B. Mail them via certified mail.

C. Hand-deliver them.

D. All of the above.

This is your application. The board told you that the documents are missing. How would you make sure, without a doubt, that they received those documents? By the way, select all that apply.;)
