APA research paper help

Yeah..I can't answer those..I wasn't meaning for them to connect to each other, my instructor said to just choose 3 current trends and/or issues that effect the practice of nursing..but they don't have to be related. Like I chose EMAR use as one trend, because it's effects the practice of nursing due to implementing technology to replace "paper charting" which I think has been difficult for some of the older-school nurses. I chose ethical issues related to passive euthanasia because over the years it's becoming more of the norm with hospice care and is a touchy "ethical" dilemma to some. Finally I chose medical research because it effects nursing by changing the practice of nursing by new evidence found during the research. Am I making sense now? I am so frustrated because I'm having so much trouble. Pleaaaaaassssseeee help me! :/

Ohhhh.... I see now. I totally misunderstood your assignment. I thought the 3 trends/issues all had to relate to some specific aspect of care (and you were choosing passive euthanasia). I am sorry. You can ignore my previous advice.

However, I would still strive to begin your writing by answering the basic question, "How does XYZ trend/issue effect nursing practice?" for each of the 3 trends/issues you pick. Jot down your answers and expand from there to form your paper.

I would begin by doing a very brief definition/description of the issue and its history. Then say how it would effect nursing practice.

Choose 3 trends that interest you -- but I think it would be to your advantage to pick issues that have some connection with each other so that you can have one cohesive paper rather than 3 separate mini-papers that you write up as one.
