So what I should do in your opinion? I'm reading some reviews and the campers seem to like it there, but I seen some of the reviews (Like 2 reviews) that say it was horrible or it was "Cult like". Most of the job reviews were counselors.
I'm always a fan of talking to another nurse. Any good camp will be able to scare up one nurse who would love to come back but can't because of another job or something. Directors and other camp staff aren't really great about the ins and outs of the camp nurse job, so I would ask if they have a past or current experienced nurse to talk to.
That's a valid concern. These camps where you are "on call" 24/7 are a little crazy. Especially if the camp is more than 300 people. (Not just campers but staff as well). That area is lovely, take time to go to town and poke around. Calicoon is particularly charming. Honesdale is nice as well. If your really adventurous Lordville is a good day trip (with a friend not by yourself)

I sent you a PM on the camp. I'm not going to be going there to be the nurse, but I'm hoping I picked a good place.
I was talked by Camp Starlight and they told me of a job of being a medical assistant. It sounds good too, but they said it's a 24/7 job but because there's lots of people there, I get 2 small shifts in a day, so its an 8 hour job, but 4 hours shifts separate with breaks and such. It sounds better because I get my own room and more days off than the other one. I'm going to talk to their main nurse today and see what they tell me more about the job.

I'm not sure if I'm allowed to ask about a certain camp or not, but has anyone worked at Frenchwoods before? I want to know what I'm going to get myself into before I accept a job.
