Anyone Worked At ECRMC El Centro Regional Medical Center?

Hi Everyone!

I recently interviewed at ECRMC as a new grad RN and am looking for insight/information on the hospital from anyone who has worked there.

How is it working there?? How are the working conditions, patient load, training/orientation, management, as well as pay, benefits, ect..? I'm also not sure if I will move to El Centro or commute from San Diego (if offered a position).

Hi Gemmi999! I got an offer for a New Grad Program at a large hospital in San Diego, so I took that instead. Good luck in EC! I've heard that the patient's are really great - very friendly and appreciative :)
