Anyone work in Twin Cities Area?

I would like to be in contact with some other staff nurses from other Twin Cities Hospitals. I would like to get together and talk about conditions and what we should do about it as advocates for the patients. Please let me know that there are others out there who don't like what's going on with patient care, or shall I lack of it with all the paper work, etc.:angryfire Who knows, maybe we will be heard:uhoh3:

Could you please say a couple of things that you are unhappy with working in a hospital? I am an LPN student, not knowing if I want to work in a hospital or LTC. I mean, what's it like out there? thanx
