Anyone work at Singing River Hospital's ER in Pascagoula?

Just wondering if anyone works in the ER at Singing River Hospital in Pascagoula, MS. I work at the sister branch (Ocean Springs) and have applied to the ER just yesterday. Kind of hoping someone can PM me with some advice for getting in there. I've been trying to escape Med-Surg for a little over a year now, but it seems you really have to know someone in order to get into anything but med-surg. I've got a pretty fair looking cover letter and resume, but I know there's several hundred other folks all applying there, too. So how do I get the manager's attention over there? Should I call? Should I mail? Should I send a pigeon? I'm just so frustrated with how I can never seem to get anywhere with simply applying on the online jobsite. Please, help!

Try calling the nurse recruiter and explaining your frustration. Maybe she will have some worhtwhile information.
