Anyone work in an assisted living facility?

How is it working at an assisted living facility? I heard it's diff from LTC and NH. Residents are independent and I'll be handing out meds at their rooms. Is the job fairly easy?

Assisted living can mimic a nursing home as it is just one step down from a nursing home. A personal care home is where you will likely find more independent patients who require supervision versus more extensive assistance. I don't work in either but I did inspect them during my surveyor days.
