Anyone took NCLEX after April 1st?

Are there significant changes regarding the new format, eg. filling in blanks and multiple-response multiple-choice? What's the percentage of these new format?

I'm taking it next week. So nervous...

Have you taken the HESI? I'll take the NCLEX in June and just took the HESI. Out of 160 questions I got only 2 fill in the blank (they were medication questions), and I got one of the multiple answer questions. So, if they are about the same there may not be too many of the new format questions.

Don't sweat the new questions. I think they only count for about 2% of all the questions you will receive on the NCLEX-RN.

No, I haven't. Can you describe in detail what are those two medication questions? I've never seen medication questions in fill in blanks.

What is the HESI ??
