Anyone thinking of attending College of the Desert?

The wait lists are sooo long at most of the jcs in Riverside and S. Bernardino county. Anyone know how long the wait list is here and anyone currently attending? Info about RCC would be gr8 too.

I am going to apply at COD. If you want to know more info you should attend their info session on 2/18. I am so stressed out about the impacted programs. :bugeyes:

I didn't think it was bad at all... basically anything they teach in the first year of the RN program could be on it (basic med/surg, OB, peds) but it wasn't bad at all!!! I also took the exam to challenge psych nursing so I don't have to take it now (yay!!!) and it wasn't too bad either! My advice... go for it! You WILL be in my shoes shortly!!!!!

I am also thinking about applying to COD but from what I have gathered in their website it is based on lottery?? But after reading this thread it sounds like its based on a waitlist? Please advise anyone??
