Anyone taking Nursing Research know how to write clinical decisions?

My group have to make a poster in nursing research and I am respOnsible with clinical decision part. I have down right no damn clue how to write it except that I must use level 1 or 2 evidence. Someone please help me writing clinical decision please!? I hav to have at least an example or something. Thank you!

You'll have to give us more information for us to help you. The term "clinical decision" as a section of a poster is not standard terminology that everyone around the country uses. So we can't read your instructor's mind and intuitively know what he/she wants for that section.

You'll need to go back and review the criteria for your assignment. Is there a description or explanation of what is meant by the "clinical decision section" that you could share with us? We may be able to help you interpret those directions/explanations.

Also, you might just need to ask your instructor -- and ask for an example or two. Students often hesitate to ask their instructor for clarifications, but they are usually your best sources of information as they know what their expectations are.

Without seeing the actual instructions for your assignment and/or your instructor's definition, it's hard for us to give you much help.
