You do have 3.5 hours BUT each section has an individual time limit. The clock on the computer will tick down the 3.5 amount, you MUST keep up with the individual sections yourself. It does seem intimidating especially with 50 math questions in 50 minutes but it really is MORE THAN ENOUGH. Some questions are so obvious that you will not even write anything down. I made a 100 on the math (i do not like math) and did it in 30 min. I id the vocabulary in 22 min and made a 97. I wrote my start time and each section end time on my paper so to have a visual.
Math 50
Reading Comp (no set #, I had 70)
Gen Knowledge/vocab 50
Grammar 50
A&P 25
Chem 25
Bio 25
Learning style/personality 15 (non graded portion)
It is DEFINITELY easier than I had dreamed. I had myself worked into a sweaty panic (ALL FOR NOTHING). I really cant stress enough that the ONLY issue with this test is time management. You will do GREAT! Let me know if you need help and let me know how it goes! Ill be rootin for ya :)
Oh before I forget, what all did you use to study for it? I have the HESI elsevier study guide, but was reading that almost none of the vocab terms used in the guide were in the test. With that being said do you suggest anything else for the study material?
Apple has an EXCELLENT app. It is $10 but covers every subject and also Quizlet has a bunch of FREE flashcards.

I was just wondering how many questions are in each section?
-math
-reading
-vocab
-grammar
-a&p
-Chem
-learning/personality styles
I know they only allow 3 and 1/2 hrs to take it and its intimidating because thats the least amount of time Ive seen for so many sections! Either way I just want to make sure I am timing myself appropriately to prepare myself. Thanks in advance!
