Anyone recently take AANP FNP exam?
Was wondering if you knew what % of questions you have to get right to pass.
Also wondering for input on content..
Did you have a lot of antibiotic questions? Anything in particular that your exam was heavy on? I understand mine can be totally different, but trying to get a range of answers/input.
Thanks.

Dear ChapterTwo,
Have you heard about anything on the FNP test yet? I will be taking it in the next 90 days. ;-)

I just took and passed the AANP on October 1, 2011. I did really well on the exam. The highest possible score is 800 you must get a 500 which means you need to answer about 85 of the 135 exam questions correct. Remember that there are also 15 test questions and you do not know which those are. There were ALOT of antibiotic questions on my exam. NO theory so don't waste your time studying them just have a general overview. It was a very clinical exam. Peds questions were mainly fairly well know developmental milestones. I am glad it is behind me. Good luck. You can email me any specific questions and I will try to answer them.

Becky,
Thank you so much for your precious input. I'm studying every day. What did you do/read to prepare? How much time did you devote?
Thanks
