hi! i just took my nclex-rn and i finished the 265 questions.my goal was to stop at 75 coz i havent known anyone who failed at 75.i had 5 select all that apply and 2 computations (which was time consuming and needs alot of conversions in 1 question) for the first 75 items. and yet, it didnt stop there. in short,i went as far as 265. i got loads of meds, prioritizations (with meds again), herbal meds, MS with meds (AGAIN!),infectious, delegations, triage, and few psych, ob-pedia, and codes.and maybe 10 select all that apply. i got 5 computations which are all time consuming due to alot of conversions and you must answer in different unit again. i also had IV computation that wasnt simple at all.things like that.i was soooo worried coz i was loaded with meds which i really didnt expect. i had my exam with 60% of pharma mixed with prioritizations.im not really sure of my answers coz it was so hard!

im really concerned coz it was so hard...i dont know alot of people who made it at 265. i hope people can holler about this. thanks!

I took the NCLEX-RN mid Sept and passed after 265 questions. But the questions I had weren't as hard as what you described in your experience. I don't remember having med calculations. I remember my last question being a priority question. So I freaked out because I think priority questions are simple questions. So I thought I totally failed. I know I'm not that smart because I barely made it through nursing school, considering that I went through a divorce and was a single mom and had abuse issues that I had to deal with. So you're not the only one. Just be glad that you don't have to take it again! Congratulations on the beginning of your career!

thanks! really?i have the same situation as you.while i was working hard for my nclex,i too am fixing my annullment papers and the custody for my son. so it was all over pressure for me, things that should be attended in the court and so on.i tried to lay low a bit to have more time for my nclex.and now im done with it,im planning to give time again to the case i filed.

congratulations for passing the nclex! my last question was about prioritzation too but i didnt really think hard anymore coz i was so exhausted so i just clicked my first hunch.i hope i got it right but im not really sure.only God knows if ill pass or not.i sure hope i will. thanks!!!

is the pearosnvue trick works? coz it brought me all the way to the payment. I had 265 question with 4 calculations. I am really overwhelmed right now especially I went all the way to the payment means I failed...

a girl i went to school with passed with 265. 265 means either you passed by the skin of your teeth or you barely missed by the skin of your teeth

Wow, I must have passed by the skin of my teeth then!

With every class - the computer picks one person who will get all 265 questions.

While getting 265 does not mean passing by the skin of your teeth.

The NCLEX cuts off with a 95% accuracy that you either passed or failed.

There were a couple of students in my nursing class that got the max number of questions and passed.
