It looks like we should know something by the second week in May. You aren't alone, there are a few of us sitting on the edge of our seats. Good Luck to you. I did hear from another user here that there would not be interviews as usual, that the committee will make its decision based on our essays.
I think that the individual in Raceland is talking about acceptance to the "regular" ASN program, not the accelerated program in NO. Man, talk about getting antsy!!! I am getting terrible about waiting, I want to pull my hair out. I am really hoping we know by the end of May, because if I don't get in I need to register for some other classes this summer to get into a BSN program next Spring:uhoh3: Good Luck everyone and keep us all posted!!!
That was my thought too, hopefully you are right and the acceptance letter she received was for the regular program. The bad part is I am planning all of these summer school prereq's without even knowing if I am getting in. Was BSN program are you considering? Hopefully all of our patient waiting will pay off. GOOD LUCK!!
I can't believe that letters actually went out. . it is real. . we really will find out something. (Even though I am pretty sure there is no way I am getting in.) Good Luck to all!! And Sunshine, you may be a little crazy, but I currently hold the title of #1 crazy. Nakia knows me by first name from my repeated calls and emails. . they probably put a big X for lunatic on my application. So they told you yesterday that letters went out. . that means I should find out tomorrow, being in North Louisiana. I will post as soon as I find out something.
YEAHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I went to the mail box and saw a letter from OLOLC. I was so nervous I could barely open it. I opened it, and the first sentence is inviting me to an interview at Tulane. I am super excited, but yet surprised b/c I was told there was not going to be any interviews. Well, I scheduled it for next Monday. So we'll see!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I pray you all got invites. GL!!!:balloons: :balloons:

Has anyone heard anything from the Accelerated Program in New Orleans yet?
