anyone in ny know about rn to emt programs and rn to paramedic programs in nyc

I am interested in finding an RN to emt program and RN to paramedic training course. Hopefully someone knows more about this. I am also interested in learning about which hospitals in ny have flight nurses on staff

Ive heard of paramedics and emts going on to become RNs but not the other way around. A search for paramedic programs in NYC might find one that you can ask. Maybe youd be able to skip some classes. And the National Flight Nurses Association might be able to help you find a facility with that service in any particular city. I dont know much about it. With a hospital on every corner in this city, who needs a helicopter??? :)
