So as you may know finding a job as a new grad nurse with only 3 months of experience can be challenging! But I am currently commuting for my first RN hospital job and recently was interviewed closer to home. Anyone who has applied and interviewed for Dameron hospital, can tell me how long the process was? The manager gave me a timeline of one week as she was filling multiple positions, is what she said. Im just super inpatient! She said she enjoyed our interview and even asked what unit I was interested in! Sounded pretty reassuring.
