Anyone just get accepted to Fresno City College Fall 2011 ADN Program

Hello All,

I initially missed the lottery for the Fall 11' FCC ADN program, but received an email today stating that there was an increase in funding and that I had been selected for Fall 11'. Will anyone else out there be starting at this time?

Congrats Rachael, I was also selected in the lottery 2011. Looks like we will be in the same cohort.

Hi Beth,

Congrats to you as well. I am sure you already went through orientation and TEAS testing. A group of us just found out on Friday that more spots opened up, so I will not be going to orientation until August 1st. I look forward to meeting you! Any advice on where to live in Fresno? I will be moving from Santa Cruz.

Rachael, yes I am done with teas and orientation. There are alot of apartments around town, just depends on yr price range. Are you familiar with the area?

Congrats to you both. I'm also in the same cohort with you ladies :) . Just got done doing 12 hour skills yesterday for the first time and I swear it was like hell (temperature wise) because A/C was broken. Everything else was freakin awesome. The instructors were cool, the classmates were also helpful and fun to be around with. Very different from when I was taking my pre-reqs when you get the feeling that everyone around you is trying to compete with you. We can do this ladies, just bust our A$$es off for two years and it will pay off. :)
