anyone heard from umdnj?

Congrats those that got in and don't worry those that haven't heard yet. I'm a level 2 student in the strafford program. They really do accept on a rolling basis and we still had people being accepted into our program on the day of orientation.

i am so frustrated with them.

you see i have a pre- req to take this july- and my schedule (this july) would require me to quit my full time job. i am willing to do this, but with the assurance that i will get in this september. i need to give my boss at least a months notice if i need to resign- and i cant do so without hearing from UMDNJ regarding my status. i have been calling and emailing the school but no one cares to return my calls or email me back.

i feel like giving up on this now.

Which class is this?

If you are all ready enrolled in the prereq then send them a letter midterm from you teacher stating your position in the course. it worked for me.

its microbiology that im taking this july. i was only able to get in to the morning class.

it's mayra that i have been calling and emaling....

i have sent them all the requirements....my grades...all of them. i even have to do it twice since they claim that they did not receive it....

they just need to hurry up and make a decision...i dont care if its a yes or no anymore....i just want to figure out where to go from here....

Is Mayra aware that you are currently enrolled in the Microbiology class? If so, they may just be waiting to see how you perform in the class as that is one the the important science classes. You could attempt to get from your professor a letter of good standing.

On another note, have you applied anywhere else as a backup?

It MIGHT be too late but check other colleges that offer PM micro classes (i.e. Essex Community, Bergen Community or Union Community). No need to quit the job. Another option would be to ask your employer if they can be flexible in allowing you to complete your class. Maybe ask for a leave of absence.
