STAFF AMERICA US, does anyone knows about this agency who provides nurses to California?

I do not know anything about this specific agency, but can only post what you need to be very aware of.
The US is under a retrogression at this time, you are looking at more than five years for a chance at a green card for the US. CA also has one of the highest rates of unemployment in the US right now, so that is going to make it quite hard for any employer to prove that they are unable to hire an American for the job, even if it is in LTC.
Agencies do not have any special preference in getting a visa for anyone , that is only done by the Us Federal Govt.
Many of the agencies that are trying to get someone to sign are hoping that one will cancel the contract later on with them and then owe them a large cancellation fee that an be anywhere from about $7,000 US to about $45,000 US. Please be very careful before you sign any contract, they are considered legally binding and once signed, you can owe a large sum of money if you back out.
