I HAVE BEEN ON ALMOST ALL FORUMS AND CAN'T FIND ANYONE WHO IS WAITING FOR AN ACCEPTANCE LETTER INTO MACON STATE FOR SPRING 07. I KNOW SOMEONE HAD TO APPLIED BESIDES ME, OR AT LEAST I HOPE THEY DID.

The possibility exist that we do not have any members that have applied to Macon State, but I hope someone can answer your post. Welcome to allnurses.com

Good Luck heyGirl. I would suggest making yourself as well known around the office as possible, even with Bobbie and Michelle. They aren't the most pleasurable people to deal with but I feel they sometype of influence (even though they are secretaries). Suck up it cant hurt, I have seen many with 3.5 GPA's and up get turned away and others like myself with a 3.2 get in.
Again good luck, its a tough program but sooo worth it.

You really need to make yourself known. Don't just sit back and wait. I called everyday to see what the status was and I think they finally got tired of hearing from me. I have already graduated from there and it is a hard program, but one that is well worth it. I think some of the best nurses come out of that program. I promise once you start you will only study, study, study. Go to the school and talk with the counselors in the nursing program to make sure all your information is provided. Are you doing the LPN bridge program or the 1st year. They are impressed with determination and initiative. So show them what you got. Good luck
I did call quite often, but now they have changed the admission process. I have to the net exam and depending on the score depends if you get in. That sucks considering this is the first semester they have started this and to make it worst they said just do your best.
