Anyone going to PHCC (Pasco-Hernando Community College) for pre-req's or NS?

I am finishing up my pre-req's and would love to see if anyone is in the same boat as I am or even in nursing school. Any advice would be much appreciated! :D

I have a friend who also lives in Ghetto Joint (please recall I live here, too...reminder so I don't get flamed for ripping on it, because I am really not ripping!) and her mail came with nothing from PHCC. She applied to both LPN and RN.

Oh boy.

He got his RN letter? Double-you-tee-eff! lol this is just crazy. Maybe they are doing everything in batches... I know they did batches last year to keep the craziness to a minimum at the office but it's keeping craziness to a maximum out in the real world!

I am so confused, though. Did you get into the LPN or the RN?? Help me please. Thanks :) (our teas was identical, BTW)

LPN but I had done the prereqs for the RN....I am just too old to wait and apply for the RN again!

Yes GPA and TEAS if you know them :) We had Chinese food for lunch here and I am so regretting that now. Nothing like nervousness and Chinese food to make a turny tummy.

I believe his TEAS was a 91, and not sure of the GPA but he only had a B in A&P LAB.

Called the school they said half the letters were sent out today and the other half Monday. I also asked if getting into LPN meant I did not get into RN and she said no. This was the iNFO number...still trying to reach admissions.

Yep, I kept taking it over trying to beat his score! Everytime I would do better in one area worse in the other if I could have picked the best scores from each time I took the teas I would have had a 99, LOL!
