Anyone going to Colton, CA for clinical?

I just received my clinical site from TWU. I'm going to be at the Arrowhead Regional Medical Center in Colton, CA beginning Summer of 2009. It looks like a pretty cool place with hiking, biking and skiing close by. Not to mention rock climbing in Joshua tree and easy access to Palm Springs. I know I won't really have time to do these things a lot, but it's nice to know they're there.

I'm bummed that I'll be away from my boyfriend who lives in Dallas, but at least I'll be close to him for my first year. And, Colton seems nice. So, if I have to be away from my man, better that it be in a place I can enjoy. Last year, we hiked Mt. Whitney and stopped at UC Riverside to rent some ice axes and bear canisters. Riverside is very close to Colton, and I enjoyed the scenery there.

The hospital employs a lot of DOs, and so it seems fairly holistic, which is cool. ARC is a big burn center, but it looks like they don't do CT surgery, so I assume I'll have to go somewhere else for those experiences. Does anyone know anything about the training here? The facility looks beautiful. Will I be seeing any of you at this clinical site next year? I can't wait to meet you guys!:cheers:
