Anyone familiar with New York Presbyterian's hiring process?

I had an interview in Oct. went well. Since I never heard back I just thought I didn't get it. Mid November I got an email from a recruiter asking me to apply online (since it was an employee referral I never actually applied). Recruiter told me that they will get in contact with me once I applied online. A month later and a couple of emails with no response, I am unsure whether I should even continue to follow up anyone. Anyone has a similar experience ? If so please share! Thanks!

Are you a Columbia School of Nursing grad? I heard that NYP mostly hires from within, and usually CSON grads.
