has anyone ever took a NRP program in Guam or Saipan?

Hi! I am a south korean nurse and want to get a job in

us army in south korea.

I am wiling to work in OBGY or nursery and

the problem is they want someone who has NRP-Neonatal resuscitation program-

certificate.

but I find there is no international course outside from US territory

not even Saipan or Guam don't have scheduled programs.

(Saipan and Guam are much closer than going to NY or CA for me.)

but I believe the two states have labor rooms in hospitals and

workers also asked to take NRP.

If someone ever took it or know how to get a program, plz answer me?
