at the same time??? I will be registering for Micro, BioChem, and Statistics this fall online through ccconline. I am wondering if Im crazy, and keep in mind I have two kids under 4. So has anyone ever done this?
It may be easier since their online and I dont have to go anywhere, but its still ALOT of work. What do you guys think? Should I split up the Micro and chem?

Jasmine-
Sorry this doesn't answer your question, but I was wondering where you saw Micro on CCC's Fall schedule, because I couldn't find it anywhere and I need to take it - I went ahead and registered for Fall without finding it, but I want to add it if they are offering it!
Thanks!

Yea, that would be cool we could help each other LOL!
Its on the ccconline schedule, http://www.ccconline.com
One good way to get in is by contacting the counselor merrie byers. She is really quick in returning emails ( Im talking minutes) she can add you to that class herself.

Just tell her you just applied and need that class. It does have a prereq though, Bio 101 or something.
But you can fax her unofficial transcripts of other Bio classes you have done and override it.
Let me know how it goes!

Thank you for the info...it would be great to know of someone else taking the class. I went back on to CCCOnline and I see that BIO 208 - General Micro is avaliable, but the class I am looking for is BIO 204, which is for Health Science majors and is specifically for the PN to RN bridge program that CCCOnline offers. Are you taking BIO 208? Thanks!
Im confused, I wonder where you're looking because I dont see a Bio 208 at all on the class schedule.....hum. I am enrolled in Bio 204. I hope there is no significant difference in 204 and 208. Because I had thought 204 was a general Microbiology. But yea I am in 204. You should contact Merrie Byers to get in to the class.

Yea I just went into the registration system at Colorado Northwestern College my home school and there isnt a 208 just 204. Did you pick a different home college? But I dont think that matters anyway because ccconline includes all the colorado system. Let me know if ya need help.

I have done the Micro, Bio...but not the Statistics yet. The micro and bio are hard enough...This is quite a bit to undertake and I would not attempt to undergo all of them at the same time. I took each separately and spent a lot of time thoroughly investigating the needed ciriculum and understanding of the concepts I needed to know.. Good luck on your endeavors.

Hi Everyone
I saw that you were asking questions in regard to taking the online courses at ccconline. I have just finished taking all my nursing prereqs from that school. I took A & P 1 and 2, BioChem, Intro to Chemistry, Micro, Stats, Ethics etc... I would HIGHLY recommend NOT taking Biochem and Micro together. Biochem was more difficult than Intro to chem. I have a 4.0 and have worked very hard. But the chemistry class is pretty hard. The micro has quite an extensive set of at home experiments.
If you have any questions feel free to email me.
Good luck!!!

I took micro, bio chem and A/P 2 all in summer sessions at the same time. If you have a photographic memory, you'll be all right! AHHHRRRGGGHGGGG!!
