I just finished my first care plan. Thank goodness for my med-surg care plan book or I would still be writing it. I didn't do a good job preparing for clinical tomorrow though:o I didn't bring my "what you're supposed to get off the chart" sheet so I missed alot. I hope my instructor will have mercy and I WILL do a better job next week. I do feel stupid and not sure I made the right choice to go to nursing school. :confused:

Bonnie,

There will be days that you just plain feel stupid. Count those days as blessings, because the days that you don't feel stupid make those days seem not so bad.

It is the feeling stupid that makes us better nurses, because then we study harder the next time, and do well.

Nursing school isn't easy, but it will all be worth it in the long run.

Hang in there, it will get better.
