anyone can help me for a nursing thesis

Hi to all professional nurses and student nurses. I'm a 3rd yr nursing student looking for an interesting ideas for a nursing thesis. Conditions are; respondents are nurses and or student nurses only and the scope could be at universities and or hospitals only. This is my very first time that I will conduct a thesis, so then I don't have any great ideas about it. Please help me! It will be very much appreciated! Thank you!

And just a quick note about this, we will be happy to offer assistance, but you need to come up with some ideas first about what you wish to write on; that is something that you will need to spend time on, then if you need help, you can run it by us.

But the work needs to be done by you, not by us.

If you want to do some research and then ask for help, we will be glkad to be of assistance, but we are unable to do your work for you.

okay! I already have some ideas, I have only three, first is, if can do a thesis of comparison between male and female nurses with their performance, the knowledge, skills and also the attitude.. second, coping mechanism of student nurses on their studies or if nurses on their work, the last one i haven't think what the right title for that, but the concept is, if student nurses are really helpful for the professional nurses when they are in duty or they are just making nurses more difficult to do their jobs.. I still cannot decide for my final concept because I'm not sure if all of those will be appropriate. We don't have any adviser so I'm a having a hard time thinking for the right concept. Can u give some opinions? Thank you.
