Anybody who stayed in Saipan Ocean View, feedbacks pls.

Hi, I want to ask this though it sounds not a priority but it is for me since my daughter will accompany me and my husband might not be able to accompany us due to last minute problems. My concern is the day of my exam, I have to leave her in the hotel. I emailed Saipan Ocean View inquiring if they have a day care facility, a friendly officer responded, he said they have none but some of their staff know some baby sitters(Filipinos) coz they availed of their services and some are referred by their friends. Before I book at their hotel, may someone advise me, I checked tripadvisor webpage and Ocean view is not recommended due to poor customer service and "not the hotel they expect it to be" kind of remarks. Anyone who can say otherwise? pls.

im planning on staying there in oceanview. my friends says (who also stayed there when he took his nclex) it is very near the testing center, they have free internet service in their lobby and it is near a night market or something.

we have been there. its just a small hotel compared to the nearby hyatt but it's very nice and staff are kind. most of them filipinos. it's very near the testing site and just about anything else. we could actually see the testing site from our window. and there is also a filipino restaurant nearby. im sure you would feel quite at home there. i recomend it over gold beach and saipan grand hotel. but of course if you could afford hyatt..
