Anybody know about the drug Tegaserod being used for GI problems? Pros? Cons?

That drug is Zelnorm, it appears that the most common side effect is diarrhea and headache, it was perscribed for IBS? By the studies published in the PDR it appears to be questionably effective for the constipation associated with IBS. It is perscribed in 2 or 6 mg dosages and it does not appear to work in men at all or women over 65.
