Hey everyone. Thanks in advance for reading & voting. You guys rock!
My school's physical form asks me to "List any medications you are currently taking" as well as listing "any" conditions or illnesses that I'm currently being treated for.
Does "any" mean "all" in this situation, or just "any"? FWIW, my doctor doesn't fill out this part of the form, I do.
Background:
I live in a conservative state & will be attending a private, Catholic college, so I'm guessing that my school is likely to be less tolerant of a shifty, legalese play-on-words. Everyone I've met seems wonderful, but things can & usually do change w/ colleges after the wooing phase is over.
I already filled out the form with my complete information, because spilling all my details was my first inclination. I'm still leaning that way. Am I being naïve, though?
I'm taking Chantix btw, for any1 curious. It's working well! I just prefer to have my smoking history private. Way too much judgement, there.
