Any swboces LPN students for 2016

hey I was hoping to get conversation going about the upcoming swboces 2016 LPN program for people that are eitheir applying, been accepted, even past students.... I feel this will keep us all together on program information. I have seen it done for previous years but I can't seem to link with anyone about the 2016 program...I was accepted into the program for this year, looking forward to starting.

I bought all of the books. Every single one of them. It was expensive, but I rather buy them now then possibly not be able to buy them later. And yes, I did receive the email with the discount. I'll see if I can forward it to you. I don't know when we will,be needing any of these, so I just bought them all.

Okay thanks alot...ordered the foundations and calculations text already from Amazon but I wanted just curious on how much the discount was....I'm probably gonna go ahead and get the med surge packet as well....

I'm having a difficult time with Uprep..I am not able to "join a class". Did anyone else have any problems?

No, did you use the class code from the packet from the school? I've been having a problem getting the Student Resources on UPrep

@smartiipants I did receive the code and they actually sent me a new one via email (the school) but I am not able to locate where to add the class on the program. If you did already can you send me the steps?

I did order the med surg book and guide and yes they're expensive but I started off by purchasing all text books and then guides so I can atleast start reading. But if you cannot purchase all of them at once I'd suggest you buy the ones that were part of our ssignments

Okay, so once you log in, click on "my content"

Next, you will see PrepU for Memmler's. Click on the picture.

On the right hand side, you will see "Adaptive Learning by PrepU" Click it.

Click on "My Classes"

On the right hand side, in the corner, you will see "+Join a Class" Click it.

You will then be prompted to enter a course code. You will see this text: "To enroll in a class, enter the class code provided by your instructor."

Directly below it, there will be a box to enter the course code. It is difficult to see at first. It just looks like there's a space there. Click the empty space if you don't see the outline of the box.

Enter the course code.

Click Enroll.
