Any success with hprp 2nd step appeal

Hello I'm do to sign a contract with hprp Friday however I want to appeal my last eval...have anyone had any success with a 2nd appeal? My attorney wants to close my case and fight with the Bon but I'm afraid to do that, I don't want a suspension on my license help!

Could you please email me the name of the lawyer you chose? There are only a couple in Michigan and I want to make sure I picked the right one. Thanks, it's [email protected]

The process is very slow for me right now and have not even gotten to the contract part which is where my lawyer says he can help mitigate the damage/time commitment. He assures they will go for a 3 year regardless of whether or not it "was only pot". I'm scared beyond belief at this point. The not knowing is taking its toll. Thanks in advance.

I was literally in ur same shoes not so long ago it is very hard to deal with...I feel ur pain however everything has to b done within 45days so it won't be too slow ugh

I was wondering if anyone could give me an update on how it is going in HPRP for them. I am getting close to signing an agreement and I'm afraid that I won't be able to work midnights. Any information will be helpful.
