Im an RN here in the Philippines with a USRN license,Have a 4 years experience as an Emergency Room nurse in a 265 bed tertiary hospital.Im looking for a hospital who can sponsor me:) .

You are going about this all wrong. First, you do not want sponsorship. You want to be petitioned.

You can try posting your resume on several of the search engines, or even on this website in their job search section.
