So, I'm in a situation at work that is triggering me a bit. Long story short, I've had some wrestling matches with depression and fear some old habits are returning.

I feel I can handle this situation. Most importantly though, I don't want to be going into work all wrapped up in "me" when my focus should be on the patients.

Anyone know of a good prayer I can memorize and recite in private to start my work day that may help?

These, not prayers but Scriptures, help me:

"I can do all things through Christ Who strengthens me." Philippians 4:13

"For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind." 2 Timothy 1;7

"Be anxious about nothing. But, in all things, with prayer, and supplication, and thanksgiving, make your requests be made known unto God, and the peace of God that passes all understanding, will keep your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus." Phillipians 4:6-7

"Ah, Sovereign Lord,You, Who with mighty power and outstretched arms created Heaven and Earth, nothing is too hard for You." Jeremiah 32:17

I hope these help.

Excerpt from Saint Patrick's Breastplate:

Christ be with me, Christ within me,
Christ behind me, Christ before me,
Christ beside me, Christ to win me,
Christ to comfort and restore me.
Christ beneath me, Christ above me,
Christ in quiet, Christ in danger,
Christ in hearts of all that love me,
Christ in mouth of friend and stranger
