Hello,
I am fairly new to this site and have applied to the part time lvn program at kaplan in san diego. I worked convalescent 1 year and then 4 years in tele at an acute care hospital. This was 19 years ago fresh out of school, but decided to get into health and fitness instead. With this said, I have been out of the industry so long, that I need to start from scratch. This time around I wish pursue an RN, but have not found anyone in San Diego or Riverside county that offers a part time RN program. I do not mind doing 18 months of the VN program since it is part time, but wish to transfer into the last two semesters of a part time RN program if at all possible!
If anyone knows of anything....please let me know!
Thank you so much for your time!

I have not heard of a part time LVN-RN bridge though it would make ALOT of sense since most lvn's have to work.
Are you sure you have to go back to school I thought you onliy had to take the NCELX again
Hi tothepointe,
Yes, a part time RN program or bridge would make sense huh? Just have not found anything yet :-(
Oh well- I am sure that I will learn a ton!
Thank you for your reply!
