The only one I know of is HCEN in Burlingame, but they no longer offer IV cert classes.

I know 2 places where you can get IV certified. One lady has it annually in South San Francisco and the other one is a school by Berkeley.

Oregon's a little too far for me to help you. I'm actually getting IV certified in October. I can't wait! Only in the civilian world do you need certs and license for everything. In the Army, even the cooks in my med unit can insert IV's and carry an M-16 at the same time.
