It's funny that you posted this because I was kinda wondering the same thing! I applied to a couple positions recently. Do you have an interview coming up?
Hi! Yes. I've applied to many positions. I'm a new grad. I have an interview next wed. I am very excited for the opportunity, yet NERVOUS about the interview itself. I am very impressed with the hospital. I got offered to shadow an rn after the interview. I love their values and mission. The hospital fit my personality...my job is to convince them I am the perfect....i'll have to learn how to relax :)
That's awesome! I'm a new grad too. The hospital seems amazing! It would be great to work there. What unit are interviewing for? I'm sure you'll do great. Just curious, how soon did your application status change? I applied to one position in the PICU & one in the ED. I'm new to applying to at this hospital so I'm just wondering. My application just says "reviewed".
I applied to every unit that I qualified for, and not qualified for :). i got a phone call within a few days after applying. PICU called me. I am thinking that I got a call because I'm trilingual (one of the language I speak is needed in this community) and currently i'm working with kids. According to the website, the hospital sounds awesome...i'm falling in love with the hospital!!! I live in San Diego, if I get an offer...i will take it.
oh.hello
Hey Laogirl, I'm also interested in this hospital because I love working with kids. I applied for a few Clinical I positions on 11/10 and on 11/13, my critical care application status was changed to "forwarded to manager." Unfortunately I haven't had any news since, so I'm guessing this is a bad sign/ Do you have any additional insight into this hospital? And if you don't mind sharing, how did your interview go?
Thank you so much :)
