Any information on VA grants for nurses educators ?

I recently talked with a nurse from another unit who plans on attending Master's degree in Nursing Education in George Mason. She said that you can get 25 000$ from Va state if you agree to teach for 2 yrs in Va Nursing schools after becoming Nurse Educator. I can't find any information online to find out more about that information. Does anybody of you know more of VA grants for nurses educators?

The State Commission for Higher Education in Virginia (SCHEV) had provided $25,000 loans that would be cancelled for students in Virginia doctaral prorgams who pledged to teach in Virginia after they graduated. This program was funded only for 2007 and 2008. This was cut from the state budget for students enrolling 2009 and 2010.
