Any foreign student in nursing?

hi, im a korean who enrolled nursing in the philippines and now a graduating student..

i know it is kinda late to ask this question but i really have to..

I know that foreigners are not given right to take the NLE here in the philippines...

but last time i read a post that says foreigners can take the exam but it needs lots of requirements and paperworks..

i guess i really need to go to PRC and ask about that... but unfortunately..

i dont have time to visit there for these days...

may i just ask or know..

if anybody here who is foreigner like me... and planning to take the exam here...

know which exactly are those REQUIREMENTS from PRC?

ps. IF ever.. is there a possibility that i can take NCLEX right away without taking NLE?
