Hi all, I'd like to know if anyone has experience working as a clinical care coordinator for an insurance company. After speaking with the recruiter regarding the position specifics, I wanted some more insight and advice from those with experience. The position is an hourly telecommute position which involves 50% travel to clients' homes, and 50% work at home. I am to work 8 hour shifts within the hours of 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM and given a total of 60 clients to organize my own schedule to coordinate visits. The recruiter stated that I would be performing assessments on client conditions and when asked the demographics, I was told the clients could range anywhere from pediatric to geriatric.
To me this sounds much like a case manager or even close to social work. I am wondering if anyone has some insight on this position or can recommend I obtain details on from the recruiter before potentially accepting the position.
Thanks in advance
