Any comments regarding adolescent growth inc?

I have been researching the company and saw a lot of negative comments ... They offer 12/hr for lvn... And since im an RN they told me they will adjust the payscale but i guess it will still be low. Should i be concern of the negative comments? Like staffs are over worked and under paid? Patients are not well taken care of.. Medication cabinets doesnt have locks... And a lot more.

I need a job i don't have experience should i take the job amidst all of the negative reviews?
