Hello,
I am new to this site and realize I started a thread in a different area so I'm posting here too.
Anyways, are there any Chamberlain FNP graduates out there that have passed (or not passed) their certification exam? I know the first graduating class was 2015 so Chamberlain does not have the stats on pass rates, as of yet. I got accepted into the program but hesitant in starting until I know what these rates are.

Hi Just graduated FNP program. Passed certification exam. I scored 596 out of possible 700. 500 is passing
That's fantastic mermaidFNP! How long after graduating did you take the exam? How is job hunting going?
I took it quickly. One of the reasons I transferred to Chamberlain from a local school was that the last two semesters give access to Amelie Holliers APEA Q Bank and review course. It was helpful for passing. I also think my years in the ED helped. Honestly I have not applied for a license or jobs yet. I have a part time job in hospital. I have been looking at job postings. I am not sure what type of job I am interested in.

Hi! I graduated from Chamerlain in Dec of 2016 and passed the ANCC certification exam. Chamberlain was tough, but not impossible. Hardest part was finding clinical sites. If you're having trouble, Walgreens and CVS have a NP clinical site program, so that's an option. Lots of writing, discussion board lists and SOAP notes. SO MANY SOAP NOTES! I kind of wish theyd offered hands on training for suturing and pelvic exams, plus lots of other techniques, but there are always other resources.
It's a good school. I'm glad it's over. í ½í¸
