Any Cal State San Marcos Generic Fall 2011 (CSUSM)?

Published

Hi,

Just wanted to see if anyone on here was trying to get into the generic/basic fall 2011 cohort for CSUSM? We are supposed to find out July 1st....I'm getting really anxious!

Well, they didn't tell me how many I had, but when I figured it out myself I had 67 :)

Yep, thats around what i had, 66 pts

I think I had around 65 points. Anyone else going to orientation on July 19th? Ahh! I'm so excited. I want to buy my school supplies already :p

wow you guys had alot! I had either 58 or 59 points..I'm attending the July 19th orientation :) Are you all transfers or did you already attend CSUSM??

Nice, I look forward to meeting you all! I'm a transfer. What about you?

Congrats to all that got in. Couple words of advice....Get involved. There's more to nursing school than just school. You'll be hearing from representatives of the student nurses association. I highly suggest joining and getting involved. It will lead to great experiences. Don't get overwhelmed by the workload....you'll be able to handle it.

I am a transfer. I know, I want to get all of my stuff already....although I am sure we will all be saying something else once we are in the middle of next semster! I'll be at the July 19th orientation. Will any of you be traveling from Oceanside....I would be interested in carpooling throughout the semester.

Snwbrdr-Does the student nurse association do volunteer work? I've seen a few fundraisers, but wasn't sure what else they did. Also, do you feel that the program prepared you well for the job market?

Hi Rnof2014,

I will be commuting from San Diego to Temecula and I am looking for someone to carpool with :]. Congrats to everyone who has been accepted!! Can't wait to meet you all!!

Yes they do volunteer work. There's local groups we are involved with as well as some international missions. Honestly the program did well in terms of giving me the background info, but to really be prepared, it comes w/ time on the job.

stephkay-I will be going to the San Marcos campus, I think you might be in the accelerated program?
