Any Ambulatory RN's working?

Hi, just wanted to know if any nurses on this site doning any ambulatory nursing. If so, do you like it compared to working in the hospital? How much of a pay cut is it? What are your pros and cons?

I currently work in the ICU and am really fed up with the whole emotional, physical wrench every day I go to work. I was offered an ambulatory position and hopefully this job will change my mind about nursing all together. I love nursing, but I am already feeling burnt out and tired of the inpatient setting. The position is M-F 8-5, no weekends or holidays, how gravy is that! Plus with whatever the paycut is, I can still compensate with my contingent position and maintain my clinical skills.:up:
