Published

hi guys. I'm appreciate you to give more suggestion and answer for me!

My dream is work as nurse in United State. However, I need some guide for my processing to there. I am not sure whether to take NCLEx-RN first or IELTS to process. which what i know, both of it has expiration date. I am losing my way!

Currently, working as PACU nurse for 3 years.

I hope you guys can give me a guide!

Thanks a lot!!

All depends if the state requires English exams before eligibility is given to sit NCLEX

Specializes in ER.

Take nclex first.

IELTS comes later on in the application process. Way way way later on.

Not if the state requires it as part of their requirements for IEN. There are a few states that require English exam even if you already have a GC and even if endorsing from one to another state

Thanks for your information. Which state you currently work? Which state u think easier and fast process?

Most states are roughly the same at processing which is 4-6 months, New York can be a bit longer as they do CVS which on average is 6-8 months. Most have similar requirements so better to decide where you want to live and work and then check out requirements by going to the appropriate state website

Thanks for you information.
