I would like to transition from LPN to RN, but with three kids, two in college, it's hard to try and just think of doing it. Anyone know of any online classes/courses I can do? Any suggestions of good schools ?

What is the specific problem?? You don't know which schools to try? You're too busy at home? College tuition for the kids? You haven't gotten any answers in two days probably because no one knows which exact questions to answer for you. And where you are may pertain to which schools are possible for you.

If the problem is tuition, but back on what you're contributing to your children's education in order to pay for your own. They have longer to pay back student loans than you do, and you need to be saving for your own retirement as there are no loans for that.

Spend some time thinking about what exactly is holding you back and maybe we can help yo out more.
