I am currently enrolling in pre-nursing at a local community college and was wondering if anyone would be willing to give me a kind word of advice before I begin the long journey. I am planning to attend community for my associates in pre-nursing, then move on to a university for Bachelor's and Master's. I have always dreamed of being a nurse or doctor and know that the road ahead is a long and hard one but rewarding nonetheless. I am trying to go about this the proper and most simple of ways. The community college has a nursing program but out of 975 students this past semester only accepted 74. Therefore, my want to attend somewhere else for the actual program and plan on taking all of the pre-requisites at the local school. Any advice, hints, study tips, books, guides, and anything else that may be of assistance I am willing and ready to absorb. Thank you all for reading and good luck in life and the nursing world as I hope to be joining soon!

Make a list of schools that you'll be apply for (BSN). Set up an excel spreadsheet with their requirements (pre-reqs and co-reqs) so that you can try to hit all of those. It make sit easier to figure out if you have it in a spreadsheet, rather than trying to remember all of them.
Good luck!

Make it a top priority to get As in the prerequisites. Pretty much all BSN nursing schools will judge you based on, if anything, the grades you receive in the pre-nursing courses.
Also, have fun!
