Any advice for my first NP position?

I am a brand new ACNP & will begin my first NP position in hospital medicine in 2 weeks. I was hoping the experienced NPs could give me any advice they think may be helpful. Thanks!!!

Does your hospital subscribe to UpToDate.Com? Mine does and this website is accessible in all the workstations there. I use this website a lot for up to date clinical information...very helpful especially when the attending feels like quizzing us on rounds.
